Grilled Chicken Breast Tacos

These grilled chicken tacos are a wonderful addition to our taco rotation. Now that the weather is so warm, they are perfect for grilling outdoors. They’re so easy to make, so if I’m short on time, I like to cook them. I put all the accessories on the table and let everyone make their own. They are an absolute crowd pleaser.

Lettuce Salad Ingredients:

I love an easy lettuce salad on these grilled chicken tacos. It’s basically a salad mixed together as a delicious topping. Here’s what I put in a lettuce salad:

  • vegetable: Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion
  • Sauce: lime juice, olive oil
  • seasoning: parsley, salt, pepper

Changes and Tips:

  • If you don’t want to buy seasoning salt, you can season the chicken with a mixture of salt, paprika, paprika, red pepper, and garlic powder.
  • If you prefer something spicier, add sliced ​​jalapeños or serrano peppers to the salad.
  • Swap lettuce for cabbage.
  • If you can’t find cotija, replace it with feta.
