The people behind the South Bank pop-up ice cream stand are opening a permanent location in Brookline.

According to one article Far Out Ice Cream from Wicked Local will open on Harvard Street between Coolidge Corner and Allston border. Its address indicates that it will move into the 4A Coffee location until it closes earlier this year. The post mentioned that the founder August Radbeer was “very happy to be a member of the community and provide ice cream to the outstanding people of Brookline”, just like his pop-up window across from Hernan Tassett Beach Ice cream will serve a specific type found in New Zealand, where ice cream and fruit are mixed together.

It is expected that sometime this summer, Far Out Ice Cream will open in Brookline.

The address of Brookline’s upcoming Far Out Ice Cream is 419 Harvard Street, Brookline, MA, 02446. Its website is available at
