How to Make Homemade Gravy from Scratch
use pot drips to make gravy (From cooking turkey, chicken, roast, etc.) The result is the most flavorful, but If you really want to make gravy fast, you can do it in two easy steps without dripping the pan! The process is similar, except you skip the first step and use butter to cook the fat and broth/stock (store bought or Homemade Chicken Soup) for pan juices.
