A virtual pop-up store focused on increasingly popular alcoholic beverages is opening its own physical store.

According to the press release, Koji Club plans to open a sake bar in the new Charles River Speedway market in Allston-Brighton, with Alyssa DiPasquale (o ya, Hojoko, Covina, Bianca) located at the back of Western Avenue. The upcoming bar, hoping to open in the fall, will be a “modern and comfortable space” focused on Japanese sake. As the space is ready for its debut, its pop-up window will continue to operate in the coming months, including at Tiger Boston Mom at Fenway Park and Rebel Rebel at Somerville Bow Market.

The Charles River Raceway will eventually become the home of multiple businesses, including the second location of Notch Brewing in Salem.

The Koji Club’s upcoming physical store address is 525 Western Avenue, Brighton, MA, 02135. Its website can be found at https://thekojiclub.com/ and its Instagram page is at https:// www.instagram.com/the.koji.club/
