A few years ago, it was reported that the people behind a North Shore brewery would open a second branch in a new market in Boston. Now we understand that the new facility debuted today.

According to the source (via Facebook postal From this place), Salem’s Notch Brewing opened a new brewery, bar and beer garden at Brighton’s Charles River Circuit at 4:00 this afternoon. The post said that food trucks will be set up on site, including today’s Dad. Bonetown burgers and Zaaki restaurants and food trucks of tomorrow. (The official opening of Notch is expected to take place this fall.)

In addition to Notch, Charles River Raceway will also be the location of other businesses, including a bar and food store called Super Bien and a sake bar called The Koji Club.

The address of Notch’s new site is 525 Western Avenue, Brighton, MA, 02135. Notch’s website can be found at https://www.notchbrewing.com/
