A new restaurant opened in a remote space near the water in Quincy, replacing the most popular local restaurant that closed a few years ago.
According to sources, Off the Hook Bar & Grill is now open in the former Louis space of Houghs Neck, and the Sea Street dining venue has ownership ties to the restaurant it replaces. Off the Hook’s menu includes seafood dishes, bar food and classic American cuisine, including clam chowder, bacon and scallops, lobster Rangoon, fish tacos, grilled haddock, burgers, macaroni and cheese, steak tips, chicken Palm, pizza and ribs.
Louis is a decades-old restaurant and bar, formerly known as Louis Crossing, located near the end of Sea Street south of Nut Island. In 2018, this place was forced to close after being damaged by a series of northeasterly winds.
The address of Off the Hook Bar & Grill is 1269 Sea Street, Quincy, MA, 02169. Its Facebook page is available at https://www.facebook.com/offthehook1269/
