  • 6 big Bone-in chicken thigh, Skin removal
  • 2 1/2 Cup Bran flakes, (GF uses gluten-free corn flakes)
  • 3 teaspoon Kosher salt, If you use regular salt, less
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fresh black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili
  • 5 Spoon Hermann Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Fuel injection

Oven method

  • Preheat the oven to 400F.

  • Spread foil on the baking sheet and place a shelf on it. Use oil spray frame.

  • Crush the grain in a food processor or chopper.

  • In a bowl, mix the crushed oatmeal with salt, chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and chili powder.

  • Put it in a shallow dish or ziplock bag.

  • Combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
