Today, I will share with you the seven tips I learned from the beautician.

I have worked in the skin care industry for more than ten years. During this time, I gained a lot of knowledge, training and education. You see, I am more than just a beauty blogger/influencer who has won international awards. I also have my own marketing boutique, which provides marketing services for people in the beauty industry, mainly skin care products. I provide a variety of services, from handling social media to email marketing, and acting as a ghostwriter for multiple clients in the skincare field, catering to different skincare brands, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and of course beauticians.

Like anything in life, experience comes from education, but it also comes from mistakes. Today, I will expose some of the incorrect things that I have learned over the years.Skin care techniques I relearned from my favorite esthetician Pila Heaven on Earth Day Spa, In Aspen, Colorado.

Tip 1: Your skin care product is not bad; it has reached a plateau
I like to say this to people now. But the truth is, it’s not a question of your skin getting used to these products. One product can only do so much. These ingredients have done their best for your skin… they have reached a plateau.Like when you keep trying to lose weight and hit your With a positive energy balance, you will stop losing weight. When this happens, you can try some new methods—perhaps recalculate your calorie intake, add more protein, or try a different exercise.

It’s the same with your skin: you found a great skincare line, you saw feasible improvements, but then stopped. Or this happens to me often. There is a skin care product that makes people love it; I tried it and it did nothing for me. I think this product is terrible. No, these ingredients are still working, but they are maintaining the new normal. Your skin is accustomed to the ingredient or skin care product. Therefore, if you have been doing the same thing, then you have entered a plateau, your skin has not reached the state you want, your skin care products will not be bad. It’s time to try something new!

Did you over-exfoliate with Barbie's beauty device?

Tip 2: You can exfoliate excessively
If you follow my blog frequently, you will notice that I have been talking about exfoliating. Exfoliation is an essential part of the skin care routine. You see, as we age, the peeling process slows down, which means that our body sheds dead skin cells and produces new cells slower. Exfoliating is a successful method to accelerate the renewal of natural cells, which can uncover fresh, healthy skin under the layer of dead skin cells. Besides, this is why I talk about exfoliating so much, it’s…

  • Reduce fine lines and wrinkles
  • Minimize the appearance of age spots and other sun damage
  • Even skin tone and texture
  • Unblocks and reduces the appearance of pores
  • Stimulate blood flow and help improve skin elasticity
  • Provide better skin care penetration

Exfoliating sounds like youthful perfection, doesn’t it? Well, that’s what I thought, until I found out from Pila that we could overdo it. If you exfoliate frequently, the barrier function of the skin will be impaired.Your skin may become dehydrated and capillaries may be damaged (Capillaries are what I see in my thinned skin).

In general, you should only exfoliate your skin 1 to 2 times a week to help speed up the renewal of skin cells without causing damage. Yes, once or twice a week…what? ? ? If you apply exfoliating acid or use sonic cleaning equipment every day, like me, you are likely to over-exfoliate.

Why you shouldn't put food on your face with Barbie beauty

Tip 3: Your face is not your stomach, so don’t put food on it
Express that you are what you eat; never more real than your skin! Healthy skin starts with healthy foods containing vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are beneficial to the body and skin.

Leave it to Instagram, where some people have taken it to a whole new level by smearing real food on your face. Although this may seem like a good idea, in theory, according to my aesthetician, it is a bad idea! but why?

Your face, stomach, and digestive tract work in completely different ways. Our skin is our largest organ, and it has many uses. One is to protect and prevent things from entering the body. Your stomach absorbs the necessary nutrients and then transports them to your skin through the blood.

Therefore, putting food on the face and hoping to deliver nutrients to where it is needed to function is not the best solution. why? Because the molecules in food are usually too big to help, and it is likely that they will eventually irritate your skin instead of helping it.

Skin care products are made with chirality-corrected ingredients (Or purification). With the right ingredients, skin care products will provide better, more effective and more effective results while minimizing irritation or adverse reactions. Therefore, if you are looking for skin care products containing fruit and vegetable ingredients. An excellent skin care line is Skin care products.

Should you apply coconut oil to your face through Barbie Beauty

Tip 4: You should not use coconut oil on your face
Sometimes you feel like a lunatic. Sometimes you don’t…coconut, that’s it! Boy, do I love me some coconut oil? I use an organic brand of coconut oil, which can exfoliate and cleanse my face after hardening. It is amazing for me. That’s why I was surprised when I was told, “Coconut oil can cause acne and clog pores when it is on the surface of the skin.” So my new solution?Use cleansing oil or something Purifying plant cleansing oil These include active ingredients such as squalene. Squalene is an excellent antioxidant that is very suitable for improving the appearance and health of the skin.

Benefits of microneedling your hands with Barbie beauty head

Tip 5: You can use microneedles on your hands
Our hands are one of the places where you can show your actual age. In fact, when performing anti-aging treatments, they are often an afterthought. Although many people may apply lotion, we usually only do it in winter, when our hands are dry and cracked. But don’t think that our hands also need anti-aging treatment.

The fact is that our hands have less muscle mass, fat and collagen. Small amounts of collagen break down faster than other parts of the body. It makes our hands more prone to wrinkles, and worse, the loss of collagen, the skin becomes loose and begins to sag. I look at my hands now, they look 20 years older than the rest of my body! Damn!

This is Microneedles, Also called collagen induction therapy (CIT), Because it helps tighten the hand skin and give it a smooth texture, so it can help.

Hair dryer sheets will clog the pores with Barbie's beauty debris

Tip 6: Drying tablets and fabric softeners can clog pores
Although those clothes dryers smell good, they are not very good for your skin. I know this because I am sensitive to many perfumes. I don’t know that they leave waxy residue that can clog pores.Especially in those days mask, This is something we need to consider when cleaning and drying those damn masks.

Are pore strips harmful to the skin? Barbie beauty

Tip 7: Pore zone causes capillary rupture
Although this does not apply to me personally, because I will never use pore strips because I know they are not safe, but I don’t know that they can also cause capillary rupture (collapse). For our forty-something beauties, the skin has become more and more fragile, thinner and more prone to rupture of blood vessels. You don’t need to add it by using pore strips.

For those who currently use pore strips, why not consider replacing them with exfoliants containing salicylic acid, clay masks, or even prescription-strength retinol (This will also increase cell turnover). Exactly what our forty-something beauties want!
