Ukrainian businessman Alexey Vadatursky and his wife died as a result of the Russian shelling Nicholas in the south of Ukraine, informed the head of the ruling party’s parliamentary faction Servant of the Nation David Arachamiya.

Wadaturski was the founder of one of the largest Ukrainian enterprises and the largest Ukrainian grain exporting companyan agricultural company Nibulon. It was established in 1991 as a joint venture between Wadaturski, the Hungarian company Kombiseed and the British Meridian Commodities (the name Nibulon comes from the first letters of the English names of the cities of Mikołajów, Budapest and London).

In 2021, Forbes estimated Wadaturski’s fortune at $ 430 million. He dealt 24th place on the list of the richest people in Ukraine.

Mykolaiv was attacked by Russian forces twice during the night from Saturday to Sunday. Earlier, the head of the authorities of the Mykolaiv Oblast Vitaliy Kim reported that one person was killed and two injured as a result of the gunfire.
