Here are some travel reminders:

Arrive at the airport on time

For domestic flights, passengers must arrive at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminals 3 and 4 at least three (3) hours prior to departure, and four (4) Hour International Flights.

Avoid long queues at the airport by checking in through the CEB official mobile app or through the Manage Bookings section of the CEB website. Both options are available seven (7) days to one (1) hour prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and four (4) hours prior to scheduled departure for international flights.

View flight information

All check-in counters close one (1) hour before the scheduled flight time to ensure sufficient time for all necessary pre-flight procedures. If possible, passengers must proceed to their respective gates immediately. Boarding begins 45 minutes before scheduled departure.

Self-service luggage for some domestic destinations

Passengers departing from designated domestic destinations (Manila, Davao, General Santos, Bohol, Iloilo and Zamboanga) are reminded to mark their Checked luggage.

One-handed carry and immunity

Passengers can only bring one Carry-on luggage for a more convenient flight experience. Carry-on luggage must not exceed 7kg and can fit in the overhead bin or under the seat.

CEB has recently added exempt items allowed on top of a single handbag, allowing passengers to carry one of the following categories:

  • Small tools or food that cannot be checked in;
  • Items purchased at the airport (receipt proof required);
  • Assistive or medical supplies, such as walking sticks, foldable walkers;
  • Baby food and essentials for adult passengers travelling with infants;
  • Or a small bag that can fit under the seat

Checked Baggage Policy

Passengers are encouraged to purchase prepaid baggage on the CEB website and mobile app at the time of their first purchase.

Checked luggage. Passengers can choose to buy 20kg or 32kg –
Both are equivalent to one (1) piece of checked baggage only.up to two options
Available for every traveller, now each Juan can carry up to 64kg of luggage
Baggage previously restricted to 40kg.

Any excess over size, weight and number of pieces will be subject to oversized baggage fees, excess baggage fees and/or excess baggage fees, respectively.

Check the airport terminal assignment for your flight

Passengers must check their itinerary and boarding pass before proceeding to the designated airport terminal. Cebu Pacific’s 5J flight enters and exits at NAIA 3, while Cebgo (DG) flights to and from Manila operate at NAIA T4 on the domestic road in Pasay City.

Guests must also update their contact details in their bookings to be notified of pre-flight reminders and flight changes.
